Nourish & Regulate: A Fall into Winter Atelier

  • Yoga Union 333, Route de l'Egalité Talloires France (map)

As the days shorten and the air turns crisp, our bodies ask for something different — more warmth, more rest, and more seasonal support. This gathering is an invitation to listen and discover: somatic & nervous system regulation practices to help you settle into the season rather than brace against it. We will also work with seasonal foods & plant medicine, both herbs and essential oils, that nourish your whole body, with a special focus on immune and respiratory health.

This gathering weaves together :

Nervous System & Somatic Practices:

  • Nervous system regulation tools to help you meet fall and winter with more ease

  • Somatic practices designed to support your body through seasonal transition

  • Time to actually practice & embody these tools together, not just learn about them

Nutrition & Herbal Medicine

  • Dietary tips, foods & herbs to support immune & respiratory health this season, and how to prepare them.

  • Hands-on herbal preparations to take home with you — including custom Herbal Respiratory blends, Fire Cider and more!

  • Practical, seasonal nutrition guidance you can bring into your own kitchen.

Small group size allows time for plenty of questions about herbal medicine, nervous system care & seasonal wellbeing.
