My Story

I have always felt a deep reverence and innate curiosity for the natural world. My academic journey began with degrees in Environmental Science and Latin American Studies, fueled by my passion for environmental and social justice. However, a pivotal period of deep personal suffering sparked my transition into the realm of complementary and alternative medicine – a path born from a heartfelt desire to heal myself and help others.

I bring 20 years of experience in my work as an herbalist, nutritionist, coach, and educator. My specialty lies in supporting those with sensitive nervous systems, empowering them to cultivate resilience and an expanded capacity to navigate life's challenges. Please see below for a list of my professional training and credentials.

Interwoven with my professional training is a personal journey marked by chronic pain, illness, surgeries, toxic exposures, and tick-borne illnesses. These experiences ignited a profound exploration of the empowering world of natural and complementary medicine, shaping me into a compassionate and experienced guide.

I am committed to showing up in my embodied presence, providing tools in service of the healing and sacred wisdom that exists within and around us all. My approach is holistic and tailored to your unique needs. My aim is to empower you with both traditional and modern scientific knowledge to reclaim your innate capacity for vitality and well-being and thrive in harmony with your natural internal and external rhythms.

I remain grateful for the teachers who supported me on my healing journey and consider it an honor to pay that support forward.

Welcome to Radical Self Acceptance.

Where we embrace and tend to our whole selves, as we actually are, not as some other we aspire to be due to perceived flaws. Where we create an inner and outer nurturing environment as a catalyst for transformation and health to emerge from the radicle (rad·i·cle / the primary root).
