Amy Charnay work is firmly rooted in understanding and connecting with the complex systems that impact both individual and collective physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being. Her approach to healing is practical, nonjudgmental, and relational.
With decades of experience as a practitioner and facilitator, Amy specializes in helping individuals and groups cultivate vitality, resilience, and a greater capacity to manage illness, surgery, burnout, and the stressors of modern life.
Her credentials include a Master’s of Science in Herbal Medicine, where she trained with international leaders in herbal safety, efficacy, and Ayurveda. She is also a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Aromatherapist, Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation teacher, and Nature Connection Guide. In France, she is a registered Naturopathe.
