I support people to connect with their inner and outer nature by designing and facilitating restorative, nature-based health & wellness programs. My approach is inclusive, integrative and tailored to the individual or group needs and my work is trauma and neurodivergent informed.
My offerings include online and in-person group experiences and individual consultations rooted in nature-connection and somatic practices including nutrition, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, nature & forest therapy, yoga and mindfulness.
